Coming Soon: updated research summary on Bar Density Issues

Responsible Bar management Guidelines, as unanimously adopted by the Nightlife Oversight Committee, (NLOC). NLOC is a sub-committee of Portland's Downtown District and is made up of bar owners with participation from the City Council's Public Safety Committee and teh Portland Police Department.

Licensing Brochure Insert, developed in collaboration with Portland's Public Health Division, City Licensing, and NLOC, this insert will be sent to every existing liquor licensee, as well as handed out to every liquor licnese applicant.

City Council Resolution, sponsored by Mayor Ed Suslovic, and unanimously approved by the City Council on Monday, April 7, 2008.
